How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable down payment is required. The remaining 70% is due 45 days before your check-in date. At that time, you will receive a reminder email with a payment link to ensure a seamless and convenient payment process.
How do I reach the Ski Resorts?
Happo One Resort is walking distance (10-15 minutes depending on snowfall). Alternatively, we have the FREE resort shuttle next door to our building. This gives free access to all resorts in the valley, and being the start of the line – you always get on!
What is your cancellation policy?
A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required at reservation. Cancellations made more than 45 days before check-in will be refunded any additional payments, minus the 30% fee. Cancellations within 45 days of check-in will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund.
Do the rooms have ensuite bathrooms?
No, our guest rooms have shared bathrooms. However, being in an onsen town, you can enjoy a traditional Japanese bathing experience at the onsen hotel right next door, just a minute away. We highly recommend this unique and relaxing activity, especially after a day of skiing or snowboarding.
How to rent ski and snowboard gear?
Our recommended choice is Central Snowsports Echoland. The have a fantastic range of gear, and wonderful customer service. You can pre-order online, which we highly recommend as gear can book out in busy periods.

It sure is! Your room rate includes a complimentary breakfast, featuring a generous spread to energize you before hitting the slopes. We provide a variety of options to fuel your day and keep you riding strong.
