How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable down payment is required. The remaining 70% is due 45 days before your check-in date. At that time, you will receive a reminder email with a payment link to ensure a seamless and convenient payment process.
Is it possible to change my date?
Certainly! If availability permits and you give us at least 45 days’ notice, you can change your date without any extra charge. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required at reservation. Cancellations made more than 45 days before check-in will be refunded any additional payments, minus the 30% fee. Cancellations within 45 days of check-in will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund.
Do the rooms have ensuite bathrooms?
No, our guest rooms have shared bathrooms. However, being in an onsen town, you can enjoy a traditional Japanese bathing experience at the onsen hotel right next door, just a minute away. We highly recommend this unique and relaxing activity, especially after a day of skiing or snowboarding.
Can I add additional people to my room?
In most quad rooms, you can add extra guests for an additional fee. Please contact our dedicated team for more information and to make arrangements.
